We moved in a couple weeks ago.., our application was processed and accepted within 24 hours! We were moving in a week after we applied. Very impressive!
When I did the move-in inspection form, I found that some kitchen cabinet shelves were missing. A maintenance request was filed for it and they installed the shelves within about 2 hours, despite it being a low priority request (and the maintenance workers were super friendly).
Multiple times now, Iâve had packages and Walmart orders get delivered âto my doorâ while I was at work. Because a key is needed to enter the building, they were left on the porch where every resident in the entire building has to enter⦠not a single item got porch pirated! I was so impressed with the honesty of all our neighbors.
All of the staff members Iâve interacted with have been incredibly nice and have worked hard to make our experience very positive. It feels like they really care and we immediately felt like part of the community.
The interior of our apartment, other than those missing shelves, was pristine and well maintained at move-in. In building 2, at least, there are no pest issues and we have nothing to complain about.
Iâve lived in at least six different apartment complexes in my life and this is already my favorite. Good neighbors, good community and excellent property management. Amazing move-in specials, too. I would recommend the grove to anyone looking for a great place to live. Definitely as nice as places with higher rent.
