Visited Grove at Hickman recently and was very impressed with the tour of the units, the improved safety and cleanliness of property and the excellent leasing office service I saw provided to potential tenants. The Premier Team really made me feel welcome and the community in that area is growing. I will recommend to folks in the area!

Had a great time visiting and seeing the progress the team continues to make in serving the community! Also was wonderful to hear positive updates from the Freedom for Youth Ministry neighbors across the street!

I know a refugee family living here; they moved in in spring 2022, and it has been such a relief to have the new management (Reicke was who I worked with) on board. He was able to assist me quickly and politely when the family I help was having issues, which is night-and-day from the prior employees, and it was evident to me that he truly wants things to be *right*, not done reluctantly. I have only been inside my friends' unit, but I noticed maintenance actively being done around the building, and as other commenters have noted, there is obvious care being put into the outside -- seating and gates.

Today I went in with a friend who has a disability and is currently moving to Iowa from Florida. Reike and Tim were extremely polite and very resourceful. The apartments looks amazing also handicap accessible and allowed my friend to move around easily. I can tell all of the hard work they are putting in. What amazed me was the time they put into their community and how exited they were to be making a change. Highly recommended and can’t wait to see all of the new things happening over at the Hickman Flats
