Visited The Grove on Hickman, the current changes that are being made are drawing so many tenants. Tim made it so easy too view and provide information on the upcoming changes. The maintenance members were available friendly and welcomed me asking questions on the upcoming updates. If your looking for a new gated mukti family place I suggest visiting! The Grove!

These apartments have a new team Ryke Tim John and Mike are making a difference in this community. Better looking with new safe improvements. I encourage you to apply and revise here. I have lived here 12 years with maybe 7 owners.

Reike, Tim and crew have done an excellent job at The Grove in the last couple months. Many new upgrades to buildings and grounds, it really makes this place stand out. Hats off to you guys for the hard work!

I would have to say Tim is the best person that I have dealt with when it comes to looking for a new apartment it’s amazing thing what the apartments have become from what they was .They’ve done a complete 360 and I can’t wait to see the ending results. This most definitely will make my decision easy on where I will be making my future happen !!!!!!!!!!!!

This complex is becoming to be a very nice place, I checked a two bedroom apartment and they look really nice. and it is also gated all around community

New management
I don’t know how this place use to be however, the 2 new managers at this place are phenomenal. The building is being remodeled is all I can say the least. I was given the grand tour around the complex and noticed that management knows just about everyone by name. If you are looking for a fair chance at living, I recommend this place to be your new home.

Since the management moved in I seen a lot of positive reinforcements to make sure our stay here is pleasent. Management is on beast mode ta Kong care of stuff.

Tim and ryke are amazing!! They have helped me so much! Tim is wonderful! They have redone so much and are working so hard to make it the community!

Tim has been phenomenal with my process of moving in I’ve been here for a month I love the things they are trying to do with the complex cleaning the area up 1 step at a time taking care of maintenance issues hasn’t been a problem love the newly remodeled look I truly like the staff and the things they are trying to accomplish around here keep up the great work management
