Vania is a people manager committed to break all barriers to provide services to the highest quality to the customers. She is the driver for this rating . If management is key to your next duelling place then ask for Vania to manage the property. Tenant's needs and security come before financial gain.

My name is Nick. My sister helped me get into my apartment and the office has been really helpful and understood that it’s hard for me to talk to people. I have high functioning autism and I’m non verbal so I can’t talk to people the maintenance people have been nice and they like my dogs Lately since the leasing office has been short staffed Vania the property manager has been running around by herself and has been catching up with everything, she’s amazing what she does and makes sure everything is right. Thank you

Everyone in the leasing office is amazing, they are very accommodating with people who are special needs, especially people who are non verbal and autistic. Everyone’s really up beat and understanding, highly recommend to anyone who needs a new place to live!!! Vania does a great job with her staff and getting things done. I’ve had the privilege to watch her turn things around at every property she has worked at with great professionalism and that go getter attitude! This is turning into a nice property.
